Good morning everyone and Happy Monday, Hope you all had a nice weekend.

Since the starting of this year I’ve been so busy with work, life, shopping and parting.  Didn’t really take that much interested of my health until I’ve been feeling unwell for the past two weeks with stomach pain, skin playing up and all sort of different things. I realize that I’ve over look of my health which is the most important part of Me.

I’ve decided that every Monday of the year 2013 I will be sharing with you guys my Health journey of what I am doing differently each week to help improving my health, skin, hair, nails etc…

For this week I want to start of with Royal Jelly food Supplement. What is Royal Jelly?

Royal jelly is a thick, white secretion produced by the mandibular glands of worker honeybees to nourish the queen bee. Rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals, royal jelly is marketed as a health food; some athletes take it to enhance performance. Although there is animal research supporting the belief that royal jelly may increase stamina, there is no clinical evidence that it can do the same for humans. I take 1 capsules of Royal Jells per day, it have to be taken with food so I take my with my lunch, I’ve been taking Royal Jelly supplement for 1 month now and I find that it have help my skin by adding glow to it and smooth out the textile of my skin also I notices that pigmentation on my skin is lighten and disappear.
